Unused Disc Warrior products can be returned for a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to Disc Warrior. Once the product is received and assessed as being in new condition our team will invoke a refund minus the fee. The refund will not cover any shipping costs involved with the transaction. Equal exchanges have no fee, customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping back to Disc Warrior. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Please contact Disc Warrior if you want to return or exchange your order. We will only accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receipt, and only if you email me first to get approval. Returns/exchanges must be in new condition and have all the original items and tags in place, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped you can let our team know by using the contact form and we will refund your payment and cancel your order. Please note that once your order has been shipped that it is no longer valid for cancellation. Our team usually ship very fast so you can get your product as soon as possible so don’t be surprised if your order has already left our facility.
