Shipping policy

General Shipping Information

Disc Warrior is a proud supporter of the United States Postal Service by using their services exclusively for shipping on all orders. Items ship as promptly as possible, most often in less than one business day but not guaranteed. Disc Warrior is not responsible for items lost during transit once they have been shipped, but our team will be happy to work with you and do our best to help find your package if it is lost.

International Shipping

We do not ship international currently. Please use our contact form to express interest in having Disc Warrior shipped to your country.

Potentially Lost Items

USPS is extremely reliable, and it's rare that an item goes completely missing. If your item has not arrived but the tracking says that it has, please call your local post office (not the 800 number) and inquire about it with them. Sometimes the item is still with the carrier, or sometimes it's still at the post office even though it says it's been delivered. It is up to the customer to locate the package with their post office as this solves 99% of the missing package issues. Disc Warrior does not take responsibility for lost items. Once the package leaves our hands the rest is up to USPS.

Orders/Inventory

Disc Warrior does its best to keep the inventory in stock, but from time to time we do run out of high demand products. If you somehow order a product that is out of stock our team will notify you.
